Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Time Frame: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Condition: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
  • Documentation: Original invoice or order confirmation required
  • Packaging: All original tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact

Non-Returnable Items

  • Fluids, oils, and chemical products
  • Custom-made or special-order parts
  • Clearance and final sale items

Return Process

Follow these simple steps to return your item:

Get Authorization: Receive your Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions

Package Item: Securely pack the item in original packaging with RAN clearly marked

Ship Back: Send to our designated return center using provided shipping label

Inspection: We inspect the item within 3-5 business days of receipt

Refund Processing

Once your return is approved:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days after inspection approval
  • Refund Method: Original payment method used for purchase
  • Refund Amount: Full purchase price minus original shipping costs (unless item was defective)
  • Bank Processing: Additional 3-10 business days depending on your bank
